Terms and Conditions
These terms cover bookings with Spectacle and Spark Photography, based in Punta Gorda and photographing nearby Southwest Florida.
Bookings
A date is held when the 25% deposit is paid. Until then, the time is still open. The session package you choose — Gem, Pearl, Diamond, Once Upon A Time, Enchanted, Fairytale, or Happily Ever After — is the one described on the site unless the two of you agree in writing on a change.
Payments
The deposit can be paid through the Stripe checkout links on the package menu. Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, and Apple Pay are also accepted. The rest of the package is due as she confirms with you before the gallery is delivered. Stripe processes card payments on their page. This site does not collect card numbers.
Changes and cancellations
If you need a different day, call or email as soon as you know. She will move the session when the calendar allows. The deposit is what held the original date. If you cancel and do not rebook, that deposit stays with the studio because the time was set aside. Weather and safety calls are handled case by case so a session is not lost to a storm you could not control.
Photographs
The photographs are hers. You receive the digital images included in your package to print, share with family, and post for personal use. They are not for resale, advertising, or contest entries unless she says yes. She may show session images in her portfolio and on the studio’s social pages. If you would rather a photograph stay private, tell her before the session.
The session itself
Please arrive ready for the time you booked. Locations are typically within about an hour of Punta Gorda. She will guide the posing, and she will also leave room for the real moments. Galleries are meant to come back quickly, and the exact timing depends on the size of the session.
Liability
She takes care with every frame and every file. If something goes wrong that she cannot repair — a missed moment, a file that will not open, a delay — her responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for that session. She is not liable for indirect losses, such as a print order placed somewhere else or a plan that depended on a particular photograph. Nothing here takes away rights you have under Florida law that cannot be waived.
Using this website
The words and pictures on this site belong to Spectacle and Spark Photography. Please do not copy the portfolio. Package prices can change for new bookings; a deposit already paid keeps the price you booked.
